Client:   Advanced Acupuncture is a small acupuncture business with many long standing patients.  

Challenge: The company has mostly elderly clients, but is hoping to appeal to its younger audience by initiating email newsletters that educate patients. The business owner noted that many of his younger patients were coming in for stress related disorders such as migraine. 

Solution: With the upcoming new year and the clinic’s proximity to the beach, I suggested an email that would appeal to the younger population who tends to enjoy beach gatherings. I led with two strong benefits in the front and center of the email and followed with details to back up the benefit. The tone was kept professional, sticking to brand voice and a clear call to action was included.
