Challenge: SPEC A chiropractor is often seen only as a healer of back pain and many times has patients that do not know the benefit of regular chiropractic adjustments to treat diverse conditions and also as preventative care. The small business would also like to prevent the problem of no-show patients who take the place of would-be paying clients.
Solution: SPEC I chose to create an email sequence for existing clients with the first email going to first-time patients immediately after their first visit. Using a friendly tone, I began by reminding the patient of the doctor´s expertise and success in treating many conditions. From there, I could invite the patient to continue seeking chiropractic care and call attention to the benefit they would receive. I ended with a reminder that appointments can easily be made or rescheduled.
